Jorden Inez Hartmann is the CEO and Founder of Momentum Equity Collective, an organization focused on expanding access to career-defining opportunities for high-potential students.

The idea began in 2016, when Jorden was a full-time college student completing an unpaid internship with the Oklahoma Women’s Coalition while working as a canvasser to cover basic expenses. She often had to cut her internship hours short to afford school, while others were able to fully engage without the same financial pressure. That experience made one thing clear: the issue was not talent—it was access.

Driven by the belief that no student should have to choose between survival and opportunity, Jorden created Momentum Equity Collective to remove barriers through funding, mentorship, coaching, and access. The organization also connects companies with high-potential talent they may not otherwise reach, creating value on both sides.

Professionally, Jorden has led work across nonprofit, policy, and community-based organizations. She currently serves as National Volunteer Coordinator at Human Appeal USA, leading partnership engagement across more than 21 cities. She has also held roles with the American Heart Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association, and in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Jorden’s work is grounded in a simple belief: when access is expanded, potential is no longer limited, and she is building a future where opportunity is defined not by circumstance, but by what’s possible.
