Who we are
Momentum Equity Collective is a team dedicated to building a network of paid internship and fellowship opportunities for high-potential students who may not have the financial flexibility or access to take unpaid roles, while also helping companies access prepared, high-caliber talent they may not otherwise reach.
Imagine being a first-generation full-time college student balancing school, a part-time job, and financial responsibility.
You finally land an internship that could change everything, but it’s unpaid.
Taking it means you can’t afford your meal plan.
Not taking it means losing your future opportunity.
This is the reality for too many students.
Momentum Equity Collective was created to change that.
We work to remove the barriers that prevent high-caliber students from low-income and underrepresented backgrounds from accessing career-defining opportunities.
At the same time, we partner with companies to connect them with pre-vetted, prepared talent — students who are ready to contribute from day one.
We are not just supporting students. We are also solving a real problem for businesses by expanding access to strong, capable talent they may not otherwise reach.
“The best way to predict the future is to create it.”
— Abraham Lincoln
